Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies across UAE and GCC markets. Identify and secure opportunities with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, licensors, and end-user clients. Promote and sell:Heat Exchangers Pressure Vessels Reactors Distillation Columns & Towers Storage Tanks Titanium & Special Alloy Equipment Custom Process Equipment Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and RFQ receipt to proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, and power industries. Track project opportunities, shutdown requirements, expansions, and greenfield developments. Coordinate with engineering and proposal teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial offers. Achieve annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and business development reports. Requirements✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field✅ 5–15 years of experience in technical sales/business development of:Pressure Vessels Heat Exchangers Process Equipment Storage Tanks Skid Packages Fabricated Equipment✅ Strong network within:EPC Contractors Oil & Gas Operators Petrochemical Companies Chemical Plants Industrial Manufacturing Clients✅ Experience handling:Technical RFQsProposal Development Tender Management Commercial Negotiations Contract Closures✅ Knowledge of ASME, TEMA, API, PED, and pressure equipment standards is preferred.✅ GCC market experience is highly desirable.✅ UAE Driving License preferred.
