Join our team as a Senior Voice Engineer and play a key role in implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise voice and unified communications platforms across complex environments.<br><br>Duties & Responsibilities<br><br>Implement and deploy enterprise voice solutions including Avaya Aura, Avaya IPO, Mitel, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise systems. Design dial plans, call routing, numbering schemes, and voice architectures. Execute upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects. Integrate SIP, PSTN, SBC, and third-party contact center solutions. Provide L2/L3 support, incident troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Manage MACD activities, gateways, session management, and media resources. Ensure QoS for VoIP across LAN/WAN environments. Support voicemail, contact center, softphone, SIP trunk, PRI, and survivability solutions. Implement high availability, redundancy, and DR testing. Apply TLS, SRTP, patching, firmware upgrades, and security best practices. Maintain HLD, LLD, SOPs, and operational documentation. Coordinate with vendors for escalations and TAC cases<br><br>Qualifications & Skills<br><br>6–8+ years of experience in enterprise voice engineering within multi-site or contact center environments. Strong hands-on experience with Avaya Aura (CM, SM, SBCE, System Manager), Avaya & Mitel Contact Center, Mitel MiVoice Business / MX-ONE, and Alcatel OXE / Omni PCX Enterprise. Good knowledge of SIP, H.323, ISDN, VoIP protocols, SBCs, media gateways, dial plan design, and call routing. Experience with QoS implementation and packet analysis (Wireshark). Solid understanding of WAN/LAN environments and voice quality troubleshooting. Avaya, Mitel, or Alcatel-Lucent certifications preferred.
