Desktop Support</p><ul><li><p>Manage the full hardware lifecycle of desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and peripherals across all subsidiaries.</p></li><li><p>Oversee hardware procurement, standardization, and refresh cycles in coordination with IT management.</p></li><li><p>Configure and deploy end-user devices using imaging tools and MDM platforms.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and resolve hardware faults efficiently to minimize business disruption within defined SLA targets.</p></li></ul><p>2.6 Network Hardware &amp;
