The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, high product quality, and exceptional customer experience, while driving sales, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive team environment.<br>Key Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of all outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and quality standards. Prepare and share periodic reports on operations, sales performance, and key metrics. Maintain proper documentation, reporting accuracy, and organizational standards. Implement and manage quality control processes to enhance efficiency and performance across all outlets. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times. Continuously evaluate operations and implement improvements to maintain high-quality service delivery.<br>Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality. Proven experience in managing outlets and driving operational efficiency. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and improving business performance. Strong understanding of operational processes, SOP development, and quality control standard. Knowledge of sales strategies, customer experience, and market trends. Familiarity with supplier management, inventory control, and aggregator platforms. Excellent communication (English and Arabic) and interpersonal abilities. Strong team management skills.
