Prepare shift handovers, time sheets, collection tickets, and work orders for the

Input and cross-verify operational data including staff attendance, overtime, waste
collected, and service logs.
Liaise with Workshop and Procurement teams for vehicle maintenance and availability of

Ensure all scheduled jobs are executed; report and follow up on failed or delayed jobs.
Use GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movement and optimize route planning.
Foster coordination with internal departments such as Workshop, QHSE, and Credit
