<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>We are looking for a <strong>Manager – Process & Compliance</strong> to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.</p><p>In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.</p><p>The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.</p><br><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.</p></li><li><p>Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.</p></li><li><p>Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.</p></li><li><p>Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Develop exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools to identify process risks and business exceptions.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of finance operating systems, ERP processes, and business process controls.</p></li><li><p>Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, and business teams.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and documentation skills with confidence in explaining process and system requirements clearly.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>What Equips You for the Role</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.</p></li><li><p>Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Professional qualifications or certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems are advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of SAP inbound and outbound processes is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>· Create and maintain a project construction program agreed in the contract.</p><p>· Create and maintain a project procurement schedule.</p><p>· Create and maintain with the assistance of the company HSE manager and officers a project specific HSE plan.</p><p>· Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.</p><p>· Ordering of all project specified final finish materials within the schedule of procurement.</p><p>· Send and maintain a record of all RFI’s/NCR/IR and responses.</p><p>· Chair external meetings with both the client and the subcontractors and keep record.</p><p>· Issuance of project weekly site progress pictures to the client.</p><p>· Prepare and respond all formal notices (critical) from and to the client, subcontractors and suppliers.</p><p>· Follow all materials submission schedules and ensure that the materials are issue as per schedule.</p><p>· Follow all drawing submission schedules and ensure that all drawings are issued as per schedule.</p><p>· Ensure that all supervisory staff are issuing KPI’S, weekly and daily works breakdown schedules and monitor progress.</p><p>· Liaise with all the site team and carry out any problem-solving exercises necessary to complete the project on time.</p><p>· The value of works for a PM to be carried out 50 million yearly.</p><ul><li><p>Mandatory to obtain Issuance from client for TOC (Taking Over certificate) and Final completion certificates (DLP period).</p></li><li><p>To communicate with Sub-contractors, Clients and Consultants.</p></li><li><p>To promptly respond to the Sub-contractors, Clients & Consultants.
