We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Handover & DLP Management who will be responsible for managing the closure of community snags and defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP), ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues across common and public areas in coordination with internal stakeholders and contractors for our semi-government client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest companies in the region.<br>This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance and business requirements.<br>The role sits within the Handing Over & DLP Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager.<br>We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager - Handover & DLP Management who is experienced in post-handover defect management and community support operations. Job Summary:The Quantity Surveying Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building consulting services, including reserve fund studies, service charge allocation, building condition audits, technical snagging, and asset management.
