supplier invoices for an amicable resolution.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the sub-contractor and supplier’s work progress trackers or payment logs for each project is being is being maintained and the approved invoices and other reports are received from them on timely basis, to clear the liabilities as per credit terms. </p></li><li><p>Receive, review, and process supplier and subcontractor invoices in accordance with purchase orders (POs), subcontract agreements, and delivery notes.</p></li><li><p>Match invoices with approved Goods Received Notes (GRNs), work completion certificates, or service approvals, as the case maybe.</p></li><li><p>Verify invoice accuracy in terms of quantities, rates, contract terms, retention, and VAT compliance.</p></li><li><p>Ensure invoices are matched or recorded promptly and accurately in the ERP system.</p></li><li><p>Process payments to suppliers and subcontractors in line with agreed <strong>credit terms and payment <p>The Sprouse laboratory in the Program in Psychology in the Division of Science, New York University Abu Dhabi seeks to recruit a Junior Research Scientist to work on the mechanisims underlying the syntax of Jamaican Creole. </p><br><br>
<p>The successful applicant will work closely with the PI on a project on the syntactic structure of Jamaican Creole. The project will explore both the grammar and processing of long- distance dependencies in Jamaican Creole (among other phenomena). The successful applicant will work with the PI to design the experiments, develop the language materials, recruit participants (native speakers of Jamaican Creole), analyze the results, and prepare publications. The candidate will also work with the PI and other members of the lab on any associated administrative tasks that help facilitate the project.</p><br><br>
<p>Applicants must have completed a BA in Psychology at NYUAD, with any level of experience, or a master’s degree with less than 5 years of research experience. have taken PSYCH-UH 2218 Language Science and PSYCH-UH 3612EQ Lab in Language Science, and have completed training on acceptability judgment experiments and EEG and/or MEG. Excellent experimental and syntactic analysis skills are required. Native or near-native like ability in Jamaican Creole is required.</p><br><br>

· Manage full bookkeeping activities for multiple operating companies and offshore holding entities using ERP or accounting systems

<ul><li> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from intake and job briefing through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding handover.</li><li> Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build accurate job descriptions, and agree on realistic hiring timelines.</li><li> Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and direct headhunting.</li><li> Screen and shortlist candidates through CV review, structured phone screens, and competency-based interviews.</li><li> Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — keeping pipelines, candidate records, and status updates accurate and up to date.</li><li> Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather structured feedback, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed at every stage.</li><li> Prepare, negotiate, and extend competitive offers in line with UAE market benchmarks and internal pay bands.</li><li> Ensure recruitment activity complies with UAE labour law and visa/work-permit requirements.</li><li> Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.</li><li> Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.</li><li> Champion a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.</li></ul><strong>Required Experience</strong><ul><li> <strong>UAE experience: </strong>Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE.</li><li> <strong>Full-cycle recruitment: </strong>Proven track record managing the full recruitment cycle end to end, ideally across multiple functions and seniority levels.</li><li> <strong>ATS proficiency: </strong>Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, or similar).</li><li> <strong>Language: </strong>Fluent English — excellent written and spoken communication skills.</li><li> <strong>Sourcing: </strong>Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting.</li><li> <strong>Market knowledge: </strong>Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and the local talent market.</li><li> <strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li> Experience recruiting across the wider GCC region.</li><li> Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written).</li><li> HR or recruitment certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, AIRS/LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).</li><li> Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth, or agency environment.</li></ul> <br>
