Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams. Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed decision-making. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability. Experience within one or more industrial sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences. Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across technical teams, customers, and executive stakeholders. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
