The QA/QC Inspector brings deep, hands-on material and process expertise to lead inspection of joinery production and site works,and to build the QA/QC function itself — establishing SOPs, inspection manuals, and quality systems for the department. The role represents QA/QC directly to clients and consultants, and drives measurable reduction in non-conformances, rework, and wastage across the Joinery Division.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead inspection of joinery production and site works — from raw material to installation — applying deep technical knowledge of timber, veneer, laminates, finishes, hardware, and joinery methods to catch issues other inspectors would miss. Issue timely inspection and quality reports to management and clients, and maintain fully traceable quality records. Lead quality closeout at handover — snagging, de-snagging, and final documentation — to minimize client rejections. Mentor and guide junior QC inspectors on technical standards and inspection discipline. <p>We are seeking a qualified and experienced Auditor to join our growing audit team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive audit and accounting services to both international and domestic clients. You will also advise clients on tax-related matters, offer business advisory services, and support commercial legal needs. The Auditor will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and market trends. </p><br>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><br>

<li>Lead and manage audits for a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients, ensuring the completion of audits in accordance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulations.</li>
<li>Perform in-depth audits of financial statements, internal controls, and risk management processes. Provide valuable advisory services to clients on tax-related matters, business performance, and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve clients’ internal controls and financial reporting processes.</li>
<li>Develop strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored audit and advisory solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and clients.</li>

<p>Required Qualifications:</p><br>

<li>Qualified ACCA member.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of recent experience conducting audits for both international and domestic clients in a Dubai-based firm.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and UAE-specific regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead audits, manage client relationships, and provide valuable insights into financial performance and risk management.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and audit techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using accounting and audit software (e.g., CaseWare, Excel, other audit tools).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.</li>
