Job Overview
<p>The Corporate Banking Analyst role is focused on the management of a portfolio of Large Corporates and Public Sector clients in the UAE. This is an entry-level professional role focusing on delivering a range of treasury / financial solutions, corporate finance and advisory services to clients. The Analyst will work alongside senior bankers and product partners in supporting execution workstreams across Citi’s product suite. Planning & Coordination
* Plan, monitor, and control all site activities to achieve productivity targets and adherence to approved project schedules.
* Develop, implement, and monitor construction methodologies and production control systems, including preparation of method statements and work procedures.
* Prepare work packages, construction sequences, and pre-start activity plans.
* Coordinate on-site and off-site logistics with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
* Plan and manage pre-commissioning activities, final handover, and closure of all snag items.
Site Supervision & Execution
* Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring effective site organization and allocation of responsibilities.
* Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved construction programs, method statements, specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
* Track, document, and communicate all design changes and site instructions as directed by the Project Manager or Consultant.
* Lead and coordinate subcontractor activities, conducting regular site meetings to review progress, productivity, quality, and corrective actions.
Quality Assurance & Control
* Review site quality observations, NCRs, and inspection reports, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
* Ensure all inspections and tests are carried out and approved prior to covering up works, in coordination with the QA/QC team.
* Manage non-conforming works and oversee remedial and corrective activities.
* Evaluate and monitor subcontractor and supplier performance.
* Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, resolving technical issues in coordination with Engineering and the Project Manager.
Communication & Liaison
* Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
* Ensure all verbal instructions, design changes, and site directives are properly documented and communicated.
* Coordinate with the Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor on changes affecting cost, variations, and claims.
Health, Safety & Environment
* Implement and enforce project HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices on site.
* Promote a strong safety culture with the objective of achieving zero accidents and incidents.
* Take appropriate disciplinary action for safety violations and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
* Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company HSE standards.
