Maintain candidate records, scores, evidence, stage, next action and deadline. Clearly distinguish contacted, interested, confirmed, interviewed, on hold, rejected and withdrawn candidates. Support structured interviews using approved AI tools. Inform candidates when AI supports an interview. Protect candidate confidentiality and personal data. Never treat AI-generated scores as final decisions. Escalate final hiring and progression decisions for human approval. Marketing Coordination Track content calendars across company accounts. Ensure content is assigned to the correct company page. Coordinate revisions with the Marketing Manager and content team. Track content from draft through review, approval and publication. Identify restricted claims, unsupported statements or incorrect product references. Ensure content requiring approval is not published before approval. Monitor deadlines for videos, carousels, images, captions and supporting materials. Maintain approved versions and publication evidence. Support monitoring of messages and comments on approved company and management profiles. Escalate messages involving pricing, partnerships, legal matters, commercial commitments or material company representation. Sales, GTM and Partner Pipeline Support Maintain trackers across sales, marketing, GTM and fundraising workstreams. Record qualification status, responses, meeting outcomes, missing information and next actions. Follow up on questionnaires, case studies and supporting evidence. Prepare internal management summaries. Separate rejected and closed opportunities from active opportunities. Never describe partnerships, integrations or commercial engagements as confirmed before management approval. Escalate pricing, retainers, success fees, minimum commitments and contractual terms before commitments are made. Document and Knowledge Management Organize approved documents in the correct Drive folders. Maintain naming standards, version control and access permissions.
