Proactively manage the marketing calendar the program and partners and reconcile actual activity versus planned activity. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to, from briefing to sign offs, budgeting to media planning and that all activities are traffic managed properly and implemented on time. Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop and deliver marketing campaigns which meet their objectives ensuring seamless execution. Develop and manage the strategic marketing plan and associated marketing calendar for the new business. Oversee and manage all program and partner marketing related activities from planning, agency briefing, traffic management, review, managing internal approvals and production and develop media strategies and plans in co-ordination with the external media agency which are in-line with business objectives and budgets. Develop, oversee and manage the digital marketing strategy to achieve the business goals across all campaigns and initiatives. Manage and provide assistance on digital projects to ensure successfully rolled out as per agreed processes and within agreed timelines. Develop and manage the social media strategy, enhance the design, content and conversion of Touch Points’ website, app and other digital tools to support the achievement of business goals. Oversee Touch Points brand positioning including brand application, tone of voice and creative look and feel. Work with relevant agencies to lead brand evolution. Ensure all required approvals are in place from key stakeholders before commencing production as required and ensure the production quality and timelines are met to meet business requirements. Deliver a weekly status update to the Chief Executive Officer, share data and statistics on campaign effectiveness, cost savings, quarterly media report, marketing spend data, competition tracking in line with the required standards. Work with Touch Points approved external suppliers to deliver marketing activities as required ensuring maximum value for the marketing dollar spent by keeping an eye on costs as well as through effective negotiation. Manage relationships so that the performance of suppliers is of a standard that Touch Points would expect and accept, ensuring creative integrity is maintained and quality control is managed in briefing / debriefing and brand adherence. Monitor and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to product programs as required. Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems. Manage self and team in line with Touch Points’ people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.<br><br>The ideal candidate should have the following experience:<br>At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed organization. Organic growth of existing accounts in terms of revenue and services. Ensure profitability of the contracts is met as per the budget/targets, and drive improvement in financial performance by reviewing all expenses on materials, consumables, specialist subcontractors, accommodation, transportation, vehicles and various miscellaneous costs. Optimization and cross-utilization of resources to improve the contract profitability. Review and monitor budgets of overheads and cost of sales. Continuous improvements on process or hard savings by implementing Lean Six Sigma practices. Strategic Planning on resource management to effectively mobilize new contract wins. Deliver and manage organic growth of account lead revenue. Ad hoc management to make sure ad hoc targets are met.<br>Customer Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the group, such as commercial, legal, procurement, finance, and HR as required. Develop good working relationships with clients and hold regular client meetings to ensure the best FM services are delivered. Undertake periodic site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the client regarding the quality of service and implement corrective actions. Assist the bids and solutions team in bidding for new tenders and renewals of existing contracts. Review and support of key tenders' solutions. Staff performance reviews and succession planning. Escalation Management on service quality and contractual issues raised by clients.<br>Process Monitor resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for delivering service as agreed contractually. Develop and monitor SLA, KPI’s and ensure that they are aligned to service delivery, client expectations, supplier expectation, service partners to achieve quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management, and profitability. Monitor and control execution of FM contracts, review the preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supervise the implementation of employees through reviewing reports on contractual service delivery. Oversee the FM contract soft service methodologies, SOPs aligned with the approved solution and contractual obligations. Regular review of CAFM implementation and utilization contract-wise.<br>Innovation Developing and submitting case studies to solutions team on implemented projects and contracts. Review submission and implementation of Yearly roadmap to clients on value added services. Implementation of Sustainable FM practices, services in line with SDG’s and client visions. Identify and implement technological upgrades in cleaning. Improve cleaning effectiveness by developing new cleaning methods and using different green products. Continue to research market trends for new machinery and automation or clients and cleaning service delivery<br>Selection Criteria Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree in Facilities Management is preferred. Technical knowledge of FM standards and processes related to hard and soft services contracts. Minimum of 15 years of experience or above in the management and service delivery of structured Total Facilities Management contracts, including hard and soft services, with at least 8 years or above experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple contracts within a soft services portfolio. Proven experience managing a diverse range of facilities, including residential and commercial properties, warehouses, retail facilities, banking institutions, royal palaces, data centers, shopping malls, universities, schools, master communities, and similar environments. Strong understanding of commercial management and contractual P&L responsibilities. Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with excellent report-writing skills. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering multiple FM contracts. Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools. Strong organizational capabilities and strategic planning skills. The remit may range from an area within a country or multiple countries. </span></p><br><br><br><p><span>In this role, you will:</span></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Manage a portfolio of Corporate clients which are Headquartered outside of UAE with presence in UAE to provide solutions that meet the clients banking and treasury objectives.</span></li><li><span>Focus on growing the business sustainably, by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC's extensive network.</span></li><li><span>Drive revenue growth through understanding customer needs and by adopting a needs-based approach which engages clients and increases new business.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with HSBC Group colleagues across various teams in coverage and product to deliver appropriate needs-based solutions for customers. </span></li><li><span>Build a strong understanding of the client's business and industry to promote insights, enrich client conversations and deliver fair outcomes.</span></li><li><span>Execute a robust growth plan to target new to bank relationships including all facets of originating and executing deals end to end.</span></li><li><span>Deepen understanding of the client through pro-active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews.</span></li><li><span>Confidently manage financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle by identifying, assessing, accepting, monitoring, escalating and mitigating risk.</span></li><li><span>Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risk HSBC Standards and policies, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures</span></li><li><span>Stay abreast of developments, products and offerings from HSBC, competitors and market changes</span></li><li><span>Ensure prompt escalation or sharing of relevant information relating to the client, so that members of the client coverage team can form and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the risks to HSBC by the client </span></li><li><span>Be required to acquire knowledge of product areas and in some geographies may need to hold specific certificates or need membership of a regulatory body </span></li></ul><br><p><span>To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:</span></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Strong experience in corporate banking as a Relationship Manager or Associate Relationship Manager managing/supporting international subsidiaries or MNCs in the UAE.</span></li><li><span>Strong credit and financial analytical skills.</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of economic trends and regulatory environment.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of key international corridors, driving growth in the UAE. Sector knowledge is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills.</span></li><li><span>Extensive knowledge and proven sales success with the Bank’s products and services, or equivalent</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of regulations impacting the business and the lending and credit approval process.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of Investment Banking products, with the ability to identify opportunities.</span></li><li><span>A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
