<p><b>Overview of the role</b></p><p>We are looking for a customer-focused and dynamic Reception Manager / Supervisor to join our Retail Aftersales team in the UAE. <li><span><span>Test functional performance of electromechanical assemblies using various test instruments, replace, install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, align, fit, and assemble component parts, using electronics tools, hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Operate metalworking machines, repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems, verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications and to meet operational specifications and tolerances.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair in situ or inside depot) on the rolling stock.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the required requirements.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Carry out wheel truing of the rolling stock annually or as required using under-floor wheel lathe, perform bogie overhaul at every four and eight years by inspecting and repairing major bogie components such as traction motors, gear-boxes, wheel-sets, and axle boxes in special </span></span><span><span>purpose built workshops.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist the Rolling Stock Team Leader and/ or other technical support staff to implement</span></span> <span><span>complex systems or new projects.</span></span></li>

<li><span><span>Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of rolling stock, tools and plant machinery performance, work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.</span></span></li>

<span></span><p>The purpose of this position is to assist the Communications Manager in providing effective technical support to the line maintenance team responsible for all aspects of communications system related maintenance works within the premises of Dubai Metro.</p><br> <p><span><span><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></span></span></p><br>

<li><span><span>Assist the Communications Manager in preparing the maintenance budgeting, in managing and allocating resources to all aspect of technical support activities within the communications section.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist the Communications Manager in overseeing all aspects of technical support activities pertaining to communications section including engineering and maintenance work management, design modification, technical support.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Coordinate maintenance planning & scheduling.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the Communications Manager.</span></span></li>
