Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> <br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Electrical to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all electrical work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with contract specifications. Working collaboratively with our engineering and construction teams, you will conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and maintain meticulous records to support successful project delivery. · Support performance-related discussions and documentation where required.
<strong>Learning and Development</strong>
· Coordinate training and development programmes, including training nominations, approvals, attendance records, vendor coordination, feedback collection, and documentation.
· Support the identification of learning needs in coordination with department heads and managers.
· Maintain training records and reports to monitor employee development activities and compliance requirements.
<strong>HR Policies and Organisational Development</strong>
· Support the development, review, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, job descriptions, and organisational structures.
· Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently applied across the organisation.
· Assist with organisational-development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process-improvement projects.
· Promote a positive, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.
<strong>HR Administration and Reporting</strong>
· Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, manpower reports, recruitment trackers, turnover data, employee databases, and other HR analytics.
· Maintain digital and physical filing systems in line with document-control, confidentiality, and audit requirements.
· Coordinate employee medical insurance processes, including enrolment, additions, deletions, claims support, employee queries, renewals, budgeting, and cost tracking.
· Issue employment-related documents, including salary certificates, experience letters, employment certificates, and other HR correspondence.
<strong>Internship and Documentation Management</strong>
· Coordinate internship programmes, including intern onboarding, documentation, attendance monitoring, evaluation, completion formalities, and certificates.
· Ensure all employee-related documentation is issued accurately, professionally, and within required timelines.
<strong>Process Improvement and HR Initiatives</strong>
· Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, documentation, reporting accuracy, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
· Support HR digitalisation initiatives, including HRIS utilisation, automated trackers, dashboards, and paperless documentation.
· Undertake additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
· Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent will be an advantage.
· Minimum 4–7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a structured corporate, industrial, retail, hospitality, services, or multi-site environment.
· Experience across employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee documentation, and HR reporting.
· Exposure to UAE labour law and HR compliance requirements will be preferred.
· Experience using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and HR reporting tools is required.</p>
