JOB PURPOSE</p><p>To lead and control the Company’s <strong>central stores, project stores and inventory operations</strong> across the UAE. Ensuring optimum availability, utilization, control and traceability of materials for multiple EPC projects.</p><p>The role will have various projects like power, infra and Solar PV projects. Job Description<br><br>The Regional Internal Controls Manager supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of the financial control environment across their assigned region. <p>Responsibilities<br />
Coordinate daily deliveries, shipments, and transportation activities.<br />
Prepare and maintain logistics documents, delivery notes, and shipment records.<br />
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers.<br />
Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status.<br />
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.<br />
Assist with inventory and stock movement records.<br />
Resolve delivery delays and coordinate solutions when required.<br />
Maintain accurate logistics and transportation records.<br />
Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.<br />
Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and safety standards.<br />
Requirements<br />
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.<br />
Previous experience in logistics or coordination is an advantage.<br />
Good communication and organizational skills.<br />
Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and shipment procedures.<br />
Ability to use MS Office and maintain accurate records.<br />
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.<br />
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.<br />
