SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORCommercial Refurbishment | Dubai Applied AUS LLC Co is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Construction Supervisor to support the delivery of a complex, multi-trade refurbishment project within a controlled government facility in Dubai. This is a site leadership position for someone who can organise people, control subcontractors, maintain high safety and quality standards, and keep work moving in a demanding environment.<br>Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 per month, depending on relevant experience Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment: Full-time Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, labour and material movements. Sequence civil works, architectural finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing interfaces. Review drawings, specifications, method statements and inspection requirements before work begins. Required experience At least eight years of building construction experience. At least five years supervising commercial, institutional or complex refurbishment projects. Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple trades and mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality inspections and safe work practices. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour productivity, programme pressures and finishing quality. Commercial construction experience is essential. Residential-only or single-trade experience will not be sufficient. UAE construction experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional Gulf-region or international candidates will be considered. Diploma, degree or recognised trade qualification in construction, building or civil engineering. Strong spoken and written English. UAE driving licence preferred. Advise the Business on issues relating to the appointment, activities and termination of agency agreements and other matters arising from broker relationships. Review and be alert to legal developments in Dubai and the UAE. Keep up to date with laws and procedures relating to the company's business activities. Provide administrative and legal support as and when required.<br>Requirements:Degree Holder in law (LLB) or Masters in law from a recognized university. Knowledge of local laws, rules and 4-6 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of the real estate and property business and the legal implications. Prior experience within a real estate developer is highly preferable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Able to coordinate with numerous stakeholders across the company. Sound understanding of the real estate sector and the legal implications of the same.
