Act as a trusted advisor throughout the acceleration sprint, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned to agreed outcomes and timelines. Solution Handover & Implementation Enablement Lead the structured handover of validated solutions to designated business owners and implementation teams. Develop clear handover documentation covering objectives, solution design, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and success measures. Work closely with the PMO to support transition into implementation and ensure continuity after the 100-day sprint. Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and potential barriers and support stakeholders in developing mitigation plans. Track early outcomes and provide insights to support continuous improvement and scale-up.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.10+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, economic development, economic policy, strategy, business transformation, or business analysis. Experience with a Big Four or MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) is highly preferred. Proven experience in structured problem-solving, project scoping, strategic analysis, economic research, benchmarking, and solution development. Strong understanding of economic development, sector transformation, policy analysis, regulatory environments, and business improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work on complex, high-impact strategic initiatives with senior government and business stakeholders.
