Communicate professionally with passengers while respecting their privacy, preferences, and personal space. Maintain the limousine or assigned vehicle in a clean, polished, comfortable, and professional condition. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, lights, fluids, fuel, safety equipment, and general vehicle condition. Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, traffic incidents, or safety concerns promptly. Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, registration, insurance, and other vehicle-related requirements. Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, expenses, and vehicle usage. Follow all applicable traffic laws, road-safety requirements, company policies, and transportation regulations. Practice defensive driving and prioritize passenger safety and comfort at all times. Coordinate with executive assistants, personal assistants, dispatchers, hotel staff, security teams, event organizers, and other relevant personnel. Provide transportation support for corporate meetings, conferences, events, delegations, and special occasions. Maintain awareness of passenger preferences, frequently used routes, destinations, schedules, and service requirements. Handle schedule changes, route changes, unexpected delays, and transportation requests calmly and professionally. Maintain appropriate professional attire, personal grooming, communication etiquette, and presentation standards. Ensure all required driving licenses, permits, vehicle documents, insurance documents, and certifications remain valid. Ensure passenger belongings are handled carefully and returned promptly if left in the vehicle. Maintain accurate and confidential records of passenger schedules, journeys, transportation activities, and expenses. Assist with vehicle security and ensure the vehicle is parked safely and appropriately. Coordinate with transportation operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling, dispatch, and passenger service. Report any security concerns, suspicious activity, accidents, incidents, or passenger-safety issues according to company procedures. Maintain current knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, business districts, residential communities, tourist destinations, and major UAE locations. Support company transportation policies, VIP-service standards, security procedures, and customer-service protocols. Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, punctuality, passenger experience, vehicle condition, and service quality. Contribute to continuous improvement of passenger safety, punctuality, comfort, confidentiality, vehicle standards, customer service, and overall premium transportation quality. Qualifications Valid UAE driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle category is required. Previous experience as a VIP Driver, Limousine Driver, Executive Driver, Chauffeur, Personal Driver, or similar position is preferred. Professional driving experience with luxury vehicles, executive vehicles, limousines, or premium transportation services is advantageous.
