The Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the regional people strategy and processes
• Management of the entire people cycle, including selection procedures, onboarding and offboarding, as well as support with contractual matters

• Implementation and coordination of People Team initiatives, such as employee surveys, annual growth talks and team events
• Designing and implementing training programs to promote employee development
• Serving as an Ambassador of the corporate culture in internal and external communication

Job Summary / Introduction<br><br>The role is responsible for managing delivery of Data Validation & Assessment activities under the direction of the SVP & Head of Data Validation & Assessment.
