<p>Citi is looking for an Insurance Planning Specialist to join its Wealth Advisory team in Dubai, serving as the primary insurance subject matter expert supporting Client Advisors and high-net-worth clients across a broad range of life insurance and wealth protection solutions. In this role, you will play a central part in driving insurance revenue within Citi's consumer wealth management business, combining deep product knowledge with a hands-on client advisory and sales approach. Roles And Responsibilities<br><br>As project manager he/she is the primary point for all project-related activities, holding the overall responsibility for the successful execution of the project. Ensure documentation complies with company standards, contractual obligations, and customer-specific requirements.<br><br>Project Execution and Monitoring<br><br>Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and budget. Oversee engineering design, procurement, manufacturing and field activities to ensure compliance with specifications. Coordinate with sales back-office for order processing, confirmations and invoicing. Monitor project performance (time, cost, scope), proactively address risks and changes, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure that the level of performance is in accordance with the Contract specifications, that the costs fall within the estimate limits, and that the execution time of the project phases progress as set down in the contract. Maintain strong client communication to ensure satisfaction and alignment Support resolution of payment issues, managing sensitive discussions with professionalism and cultural awareness.<br><br>Stakeholder Management<br><br>Serve as the primary interface for the customer, managing communications, project reviews, audits, and system validation activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams: Manufacturing, Logistics, Backoffice, IT, Installation, Commissioning, and Services. Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and subcontractors familiar with or operating in the Middle East. Assist the sales team with negotiations for variation orders and scope changes. Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial environments.
