Automate processes where possible to improve service levels and response times.</li><li>Develop robust processes to maintain the integrity of all systems and data across functions.</li><li>Generate analytical reports with insights and recommendations for management action</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)</b> <br><p>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Human Sciences, Technology, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
