Job Summary:Accountable for direct supervision of site execution activities for assigned works, ensuring all construction is carried out strictly per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards. Acts as the technical lead on-site, coordinating with foremen, subcontractors, QA/QC, and project engineers to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and schedule adherence.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise foremen and their teams to ensure day-to-day construction activities are executed precisely according to IFC drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. Design stormwater management systems, including detention basins, storm sewer networks, and outfall structures.
