We are hiring a Product Manager – Thermal Generation for a leading engineering consultancy supporting major energy and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will lead the Thermal Generation business, driving strategy, business development, technical leadership, and multidisciplinary project delivery across conventional and low-carbon thermal power generation projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the regional Thermal Generation business strategy. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee project delivery from feasibility through commissioning and asset optimization. Provide technical leadership for Gas Turbine, Combined Cycle, Open Cycle, CHP/Cogeneration, Waste-to-Energy, District Energy, Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture (CCUS) projects. Support business development, proposal preparation, and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, developers, technology providers, and government stakeholders. Ensure project quality, profitability, resource planning, and compliance with HSE and company standards. Drive innovation, digital engineering, decarbonization, and energy transition initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, or Energy Engineering (Master's degree/MBA preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in Thermal Power Generation, Utilities, EPC, Engineering Consultancy, or Owner's Engineering. Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants, Gas Turbines, CHP/Cogeneration, Waste-to-Energy, District Energy, Hydrogen, and CCUS. Proven project management, business development, and client relationship management experience. Middle East experience is highly desirable. PMP, PE, CEng, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
