Your mission As a Data & AI Project Manager, you will work within a team operating directly on a client project, reporting to a dedicated manager. Your role: • You own delivery of data, analytics, and AI engagements end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through design, build, UAT, and go-live — under the supervision of your Project Director.• You act as the single point of accountability for the engagement and the client’s primary point of contact, building trusted-advisor relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.• You define and monitor project scope, assumptions, workload estimates, planning, methodology, and steering-committee reporting and material.• You contribute to stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional design workshops across data domains — MDM, data integration, metadata, data quality, analytics, and Gen AI use cases — translating business outcomes into solution requirements.• You oversee the quality of functional specifications, technical documentation, and deliverables, partnering closely with data architects, data engineers, analytics consultants, and ML/AI specialists on your team.• You drive solution validation — internal testing, UAT support, data reconciliation, and model evaluation where applicable — through to production deployment and hypercare.• You manage project economics: budget tracking, margin, resource allocation, change requests, dependencies and risk mitigation.• You contribute to Apgar UAE’s growth by identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts and feeding insights back into our offerings and methodology Presales : • You participate in pre-sales activities and responses to RFPs/tenders.• You contribute to implementation cost estimation and project planning.• You contribute to drafting commercial proposals. About The Role AI assistants are no longer a feature at Deel — they're becoming the primary way both our customers and our own teams get work done. What You'll Do Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Deel's agentic AI assistants — spanning both internal tools (for employees and support agents) and customer-facing experiences. Be hands-on with the technology: prototype with LLM APIs, design tool-calling and agent workflows, write and run evals, and dig into traces and failure modes yourself rather than handing it all off. Define what "good" looks like and build the evaluation systems to measure it — accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and task-completion rates — and use them to drive iteration. Drive a team of ambitious engineers, designers, and data scientists, setting direction and maintaining momentum without turning the team into a process-heavy machine. Stay at the frontier — continuously absorb new model capabilities, SDKs, and techniques (new model releases, agent frameworks, retrieval methods) and translate them into product bets ahead of the curve. Move fast and pivot fast — ship MVPs, learn from real usage, and kill or redirect work decisively when the data or the technology shifts. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director to lead a Rail project iin Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of a large-scale, complex infrastructure project from conception through completion. Role Purpose The Principal Geophysicist is a senior technical professional responsible for providing high-quality geophysical expertise across a range of subsurface studies and projects. The role focuses on seismic interpretation, seismic inversion, reservoir characterization and subsurface uncertainty, integrating geophysical information with geological, petrophysical and reservoir engineering data to support robust subsurface understanding and sound technical decisions. The Principal Geophysicist is expected to independently lead complex geophysical studies and workstreams, applying sound technical judgement to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and providing clear technical recommendations to support field development, well placement, reserves evaluation, production optimization, troubleshooting and debottlenecking. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of geophysical workflows and best practices, supports senior principal geophysicist with knowledge sharing and mentoring within the G&G team, and participates in technical discussions with clients, partners and other stakeholders as required. Key Accountabilities Seismic Interpretation and Geophysical Evaluation Perform and independently lead 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, including structural/fault and stratigraphic interpretation, mapping and framework development. Integrate core and well log with seismic data to improve reservoir characterization and prediction. Apply appropriate and advanced geophysical techniques and software to address complex subsurface challenges. Generate and interpret a full range of seismic attributes and inversion products to characterize trap size, structural and stratigraphic complexity, reservoir distribution and other key subsurface uncertainties. Support fracture identification and sedimentary facies prediction through the application of appropriate seismic interpretation, attribute and inversion techniques. Reservoir Characterization and Integrated Subsurface Studies Develop and refine structural and stratigraphic frameworks for static reservoir models and provide appropriate geophysical inputs for reserves estimation and booking. Perform reservoir characterization and prediction to support static reservoir models that accurately represent reservoir properties and distribution. Integrate geophysical interpretations with geological, petrophysical and reservoir engineering data to develop robust and fit-for-purpose subsurface models. Work closely with geologists, reservoir engineers, petrophysicists and other subsurface disciplines to enhance reservoir understanding and support integrated technical studies. Proven experience applying geophysical techniques to reservoir characterization, field development and production-related studies. Demonstrated experience independently leading complex geophysical studies or multidisciplinary subsurface workstreams. Experience with major international oil companies, oilfield services companies or leading energy organizations is highly desirable. Middle East upstream experience is an advantage. Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job-Specific Skills Strong expertise in 2D/3D seismic interpretation, including structural and stratigraphic interpretation, mapping and framework development. Strong experience in pre-stack and post-stack seismic inversion, seismic attributes, fracture identification and sedimentary facies prediction. The Analyzer Sales Manager is responsible for actively generating qualified business opportunities for portable, online and laboratory analyzers, quality measurement instrumentation and systems, environmental and emission analyzers, instrument shelters and analyzer shelters. The Sales Manager shall maintain regular engagement with ADNOC operating companies, EPC contractors and industrial customers; identify requirements; secure RFQs and tender invitations; qualify opportunities; and formally transfer complete enquiries to the Bidding Team. Our Tier 1 Civil Contracting client has a new requirement for a number of well experienced Lifting Supervisor to join their team in Dubai UAE to work on a new mid rise residential project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Lifting Supervisor on large scale new build projects working with tower, mobile and crawler cranes and have worked with recognised main contractors in the UAE previously This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
