Review and approve contractors' HSE documentation, including OHSE Plans, RAMS, PTW, Emergency Response, Traffic Management, and Lifting Plans. Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance assessments across high-risk construction activities (work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation, confined spaces, hot works, electrical safety, temporary works, etc.).
