JOB PURPOSE:<br><br>Controls and coordinates professionally to support in supervising, monitoring, and planning for the execution of proper preservation techniques, conducting inspections, and implement necessary repairs treatments of equipment's and materials in warehouse to maintain its original integrity from<br><br>receipt on site up to final issuance to the end user.<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br><br>Provides operational excellence in the prepare on implementation, and completion of the preservation strategies and storage methods to prevent damage, deterioration, corrosion, or decay of material / equipment stored or placed in the warehouse.<br><br>Conduct regular inspections of stored items to monitor their condition, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate maintenance and conservation treatments.<br><br>Identify and implement best and suitable preservation methods / practice to enhance the effectiveness of current methods used for preserving stored items through an adequate preservation on plan and inspection schedule, and the application of specified preservation and finding as<br><br>recommended by the supplier/vendor procedures.<br><br>Carry out in-process monitoring and have control in the field to ensure the preservation technicians/operatives follow the procedure (in terms of chemicals used, percentage dilution & application method).<br><br>Providing guidance to warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of items according to preservation strategy.<br><br>Prepare and maintain the detailed preservation reports, check sheet records etc. as per procedure and requirements.<br><br>Timely preservation of materials in line with manufacture's recommendations, and as per the ADNOC policies and procedures for material preservation.<br><br>QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:<br><br>Minimum Qualification<br><br>Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / Instrument on / Corrosion Engineering or equivalent.<br><br>Proven experience in preservation methods, conservation techniques, and the handling of valuable items within oil & gas industry.<br><br>Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines related to preservation and conservation practices.<br><br>Familiarity with preservation materials, tools, and equipment.<br><br>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with warehouse staff and external experts.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Planner to join our team. This role is open to full-time or part-time candidates, and can be based on-site in Dubai or performed remotely, depending on project needs and candidate location. You'll develop, update, and monitor project schedules using industry-standard planning tools, working closely with project managers and site teams to keep projects on track. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, flagging schedule risks early, and building recovery or mitigation plans to keep timelines intact. You'll produce regular time-related reports for management and stakeholders, and work across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align resources and activities with the overall project plan and contractual milestones.
