Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response planning.
Work closely with project management and site teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Civil Construction, including building, villa, and high-rise projects.
Valid NEBOSH and IOSH certifications (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working on UAE construction projects is preferred.
