Overview The Technical Director – Data Centres is the senior technical authority for Multidisciplinary engineering services associated with Data Centre projects across the Middle East region. The role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence, design quality, governance compliance, innovation, digital delivery and successful project execution across all stages of the project lifecycle. The position provides leadership to project teams, supports strategic client engagement, leads technical input into major pursuits and serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, the role is accountable for supporting the development and expansion of Atkins Réalis' Data Centre market sector in partnership with the Market Director. Your role Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence Act as the highest level of technical authority for on Data Centre projects. Provide strategic technical direction for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and edge Data Centre developments. Review and approve major engineering strategies, design philosophies and technical solutions. Lead resolution of complex technical challenges, constructability issues and multidisciplinary coordination matters. Ensure designs achieve optimum levels of resilience, reliability, maintainability, energy efficiency and operational flexibility. Position: HSE Engineer Industry: Civil Construction Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Contract Duration: 8 Months (Extendable) Job Description:- HSE Engineer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building construction, villa projects, and high-rise developments, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. </div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileKey Responsibilities Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across project sites. Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safe work practices. <section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph">نحن نبحث عن مهندس HSE ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى مشروع مقاولات مدني رائد في أبوظبي. المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس HSE الصناعة: مقاولات مدنية الموقع: أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة عقد المدة: 8 أشهر (قابلة للتمديد) الوصف الوظيفي:- مهندس HSE للإشراف على الامتثال الصحي والسلامة والبيئة في مشاريع البناء المدني. سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في بناء الإنشاءات، مشاريع الفيلات، والتطويرات عالية الارتفاع، مع التزام قوي بالحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وضمان الامتثال للوائح المعمول بها ومعايير الشركة. </div></section><section>الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشحالمسؤوليات الرئيسية تطبيق ومراقبة سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) عبر مواقع المشروع. إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للموقع، وتحديد المخاطر، وتقييمها. التأكد من الامتثال للوائح المحلية، ومتطلبات العميل، ومعايير HSE الخاصة بالشركة. التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث القريبة، وتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية. إجراء تعريفات السلامة، وجلسات صندوق الأدوات، وبرامج تدريب HSE للموظفين والمتعهدين من الباطن. مراقبة استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وتطبيق ممارسات عمل آمنة. إعداد وحفظ تقارير HSE والسجلات التفتيش والتدقيق والوثائق القانونية. تنسيق أنشطة الاستعداد للطوارئ، بما في ذلك التدريبات وخطط الاستجابة. العمل عن كثب مع إدارة المشروع وفرق الموقع لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الاستباقية. دعم تدقيقات HSE الداخلية والخارجية والتأكد من الإغلاق الفوري للملاحظات.المتطلبات درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في HSE في البناء المدني، بما في ذلك البناء، والفيلات، والمشروعات عالية الارتفاع. شهادات NEBOSH و IOSH سارية (إلزامية). معرفة قوية بممارسات سلامة الإنشاءات وتقييم المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث وأنظمة إدارة HSE. مهارات اتصال وقيادة وتقرير ممتازة. إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office. يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع البناء في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.</section>
