Records daily logs of the critical equipment s like chillers, FAHU s, AHU s ensuring proper operation of equipment. Assist the supervisors/ administrator in filing and documentation from responsible areas. Attends to maintenance, repair and troubleshoot of HVAC equipment and systems, such as FAHU s, AHU s, FCU s, Exhaust Systems, Ventilation systems etc. Understand the hotel operation and be flexible with work schedules and timing, extend support in special occasions. Constructive feedbacks and updates to the seniors. Advises improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system. Assists Engineering Supervisors/ store in-charges to prepare spare parts lists for the any ventilation &amp; air conditioning equipment. Participates in Energy conservation Programme.
