<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><br><p>The Senior Inspection & Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of condition monitoring systems for crane and equipment as well as being responsible for the RAT (Rope Access) inspection team. You will ensure optimal selection of condition monitoring devises for various applications and install and monitor equipment performance, safety, and reliability in order to minimizing downtime and maintenance costs for our clients. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and field personnel to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.</p><br><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><br><p>Responsible for developing and implementing condition monitoring programs for cranes, including vibration analysis, thermographic inspections, ultrasonic and other techniques for condition monitoring. Deliver structured training to client staff in the use of condition monitoring techniques.
