<p>We are looking for a Senior Security Specialist with deep crypto domain expertise to lead security across our regulated digital-asset business. As we build out spot trading, custody, staking and on-chain services for our client base, security is the foundation the whole business stands on. This role owns it.</p><br>
<p>You will be the security owner for our crypto platform end to end: architecture, engineering, operations and regulatory assurance. You’ll secure a greenfield, cloud-native exchange and custody stack, protect client digital assets and private key material, and make sure our controls stand up to regulators across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with risk, compliance, product and engineering, and report into the central security function.</p><br>
<p>This is a hands-on senior role for someone who understands that in digital-asset custody, a single key-management failure is a firm-ending event, and who builds controls accordingly.</p><br>

<p>We are looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Manager to manage large scale Project mainly Port Construction Projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum of 10 years of experience in their discipline with at least 5 years acting in the proposed role on similar projects of similar size and complexity in the UAE. Must have been involved in at least 2 Projects within the Emirates of Abu Dhabi in the last 10 years. Must have good English language skills and have a strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authorities procedures and standards. The Planning Manager will be responsible for preparing project schedules and reports, mitigation and/ or revised schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery in compliance with client and authority requirements and etc.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 as must skills and MS Project as additional skills, covering all construction phases from mobilization to handover.
Full planning skills in preparation Cost loaded Program, Resource loaded Program, Change Log, KPI, EOT's and..etc.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the baseline schedule as well as to identify any major risks along with action plan in line with management directions.
Prepare look-ahead programs, progress reports, Mitigation plans, crushed plans and recovery plans in case of delays.
Conduct regular site visits and any required visits to verify actual progress against planned timelines in Abu Dhabi.
Integrate project milestones and deliverables with Authorities NOC's approval processes, traffic diversion programs, and authority permits.
Analyze critical path, float, and resource allocation to optimize project timelines.
Participate in project progress meetings and provide presentations updates to management and client representatives.
Strong experience in delay analysis (Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis, Impacted as Planned Analysis, As Planned VS As Built Window Analysis, Retrospective Longest Path Analysis, Collapsed As built Analysis Analysis), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and contractual correspondence.
Ensure compliance with project planning guidelines and coordinate closely with project control teams.
Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports in coordination with document control.</p><p>Must have experience in Port construction projects.
