The purpose of this position is to support the effective planning, management, and delivery of projects assigned by the Engineering Project Manager, ensuring full compliance with Keolis‑MHI processes and procedures throughout all project phases. </span></p><br>

<li><span>Support the drafting of tripartite/bilateral agreement contracts, ensuring that scope, technical requirements, roles, responsibilities, and commercial terms are accurately captured and aligned with organisational, contractual, and regulatory expectations.</span></li>
<li><span>Prepare comprehensive project risk assessments by facilitating structured risk assessment workshops with all relevant stakeholders at key stages of the project life cycle, ensuring risks are identified, analysed, mitigated, and monitored effectively.</span></li>
<li><span>Guide and support consultants, bidders, and contractors in preparing Permit to Enter (PTE) and Permit to Work (PTW) applications in line with Dubai Metro & Tram procedures and ensure timely review and approval. </span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate Asset Configuration Change Application (ACCA) submissions, ensuring all contractor design changes, upgrades, and system modifications are reviewed and approved before installation. </span></li>
<li><span>Expedite stakeholder requests including RFIs, design reviews, NOCs, and technical clarifications to maintain project momentum and compliance. </span></li>
<li><span>Facilitate training and certification of contractor/sub‑contractor personnel as Lineside (LPIC) and Non‑Lineside (NPIC) Persons‑in‑Charge to ensure safe access within the railway environment. </span></li>
<li><span>Support safety and operational risk assessments during concept and detailed design stages to safeguard the operational railway. </span></li>
<li><span>Prepare technical definition statements and specifications to clearly define the scope and requirements of planned works. </span></li>
<li><span>Review, align, and monitor project plans with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure accurate scheduling, coordination, and deliverability. </span></li>
<li><span>Perform regular site inspections to ensure contractor works do not impact railway operations and take proactive measures to minimise operational risk. </span></li>
