Formal education in art or design, or completed relevant design courses. Confident daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong ability to independently create and refine vector illustrations. Solid understanding of core design principles, including colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout. Experience using AI tools to generate or enhance visual assets. Ability to interpret feedback constructively and iterate on designs without compromising quality or missing deadlines. <p>Our People Partner is responsible for the implementation of group-wide policies and procedures as well as implementing brand-specific people strategies within their area of focus. The role holder will be accountable for supporting across multiple brands, with a lens on continually monitoring, reporting and enhancing the local employee experience.
