Civil Design Engineer – Power & Infrastructure Location: UAE - Dubai Office Company: POWERCHINA JEPCC – MEA Regional Headquarters- Dubai Design Hub<br>POWERCHINA JEPCC is looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our engineering/design team in the UAE and support Power & Infrastructure projects across the Middle East & Africa. This is a hands-on CIVIL DESIGN position, not a site construction or supervision role.<br>Key Responsibilities Perform civil engineering design and detailed design for power, utility, industrial and infrastructure projects. Prepare design drawings and calculations for site development and grading. Design roads, paving, drainage and stormwater systems. Design and coordinate underground utilities and general civil layouts. Prepare/review equipment foundations, building foundations and cable trenches. Prepare design calculations, technical specifications, drawings and BOQ/MTO. Coordinate design interfaces with electrical, structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines. Review vendor/subcontractor design drawings and technical submissions. Provide engineering support for design-related technical queries during project execution.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant Civil Design experience. Strong hands-on engineering design background is required.
