As part of an aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking to hire an ambitious, passionate, and results‑driven Senior Business Development Manager.<br>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out projects to join our UAE-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete MEP scope from design review and coordination to site execution and final handover ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within high-end interior spaces.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Design, review, and implement Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems as per project requirements. Should be able to provide electrical circuit drawings and load schedules. Should be able to prepare ducting layout and heat load calculations. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, interior teams, and stakeholders to ensure integrated and clash-free designs. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and builder’s work drawings. Identify discrepancies, raise RFIs, and ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards. Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems. Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and ensure energy-efficient system design. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and resolve technical issues. Coordinate approvals and inspections with authorities such as DCD, DEWA, DU/Etisalat, Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees/TECOM/DDA. Plan and manage MEP schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities aligned with project timelines. Ensure QA/QC compliance through inspections, documentation, test reports, and adherence to approved method statements and ITPs. Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and address unsafe practices in coordination with safety teams. Support testing & commissioning, snag closure, and preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final handover documentation.<br>Required Experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related discipline). Minimum 4–6 years of experience in MEP engineering, specifically within interior fit-out projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE codes and regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.). Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office, and relevant MEP design/review software. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and work in a fast-paced environment. UAE driving license is preferred.
