Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical (MEP) to join their project team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise building construction with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring all MEP works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, international standards, and local authority regulations. The role requires close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, project teams, and clients to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.<br>Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Quality Control Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in accordance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards. Monitor site activities to ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements. Coordinate and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) with consultants. Verify that all materials delivered to site comply with approved material submittals and project requirements. Ensure subcontractors follow approved quality procedures and maintain complete inspection records.<br>Inspection & Testing Carry out inspections for mechanical and electrical systems including:HVAC Systems Chilled Water & Plumbing Systems Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems Low Voltage (LV) Systems Lighting & Power Distribution ELV Systems BMS Integration Witness testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems. Ensure all testing documentation is completed, reviewed, and approved.<br>Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain quality documentation including:Inspection Reports WIRs & MIRsNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs) Corrective Action Reports (CARs) Quality Checklists Material Approval Records Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals before installation. Maintain quality records for project handover and final documentation.<br>Non-Conformance Management Identify quality issues and non-conformities during construction. Raise NCRs where necessary and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence. Follow up on punch list items and ensure timely closure.<br>Coordination Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, site engineers, and commissioning teams to resolve quality-related issues. Participate in quality meetings and provide regular QA/QC progress reports. Support project teams during consultant inspections and authority approvals.<br>Handover & Commissioning Assist in preparing testing and commissioning documentation. Support snagging, de-snagging, and final project handover. Ensure all QA/QC documentation is completed and submitted prior to project completion.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor are an advantage. Additional certifications related to quality management or MEP systems are preferred.

Job Overview:The Support Engineer will work in support team in ensuring the smooth operation, support, and maintenance of the Fuel Retail System across 500+ fuel stations and the Head Office. This includes overseeing system support for Back Office Systems, Point of Sale (POS) terminals, bank terminals, and all other relevant systems The role requires hands-on expertise in infrastructure management and experience in leading a team in a technical environment.<br>Key Responsibilities:System & Infrastructure Support:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all application, user and system issues. Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience within the UAE HVAC industry. Proven experience in project sales, business development, or specification-based HVAC sales. Valid UAE driving licence.<br>Required Experience Experience selling HVAC products such as sound attenuators, duct silencers, air distribution products, acoustic louvres, or related equipment. Strong professional network with UAE consultants, contractors, and MEP companies. Experience preparing technical quotations, commercial proposals, and project submittals.
