Welcome visitors and show them to the appropriate conference room. Tidy conference and visitor rooms after use and ensure they remain presentable. Make reservations for video/conference rooms and organise and set up video/conference calls when required, using the booking system. Manage visitor office requests and set up the necessary facilities when required. Prepare catering and beverages for meeting attendees. Liaise with and organise local couriers for outgoing documents and manage outgoing mail. Distribute incoming documents, correspondence and parcels to the relevant person (recording mail in the logbook/Excel where required). Undertake administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying and binding documents as required. Arrange transportation (taxis/flights) and accommodation as required. Organise restaurant bookings. Process invoices and expenses. Assist with any other office administration duties as assigned. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Excellent communication and organisational skills. CRM & Clienteling Manager Location: Dubai, UAEReports to: General Manager / Owner The Role This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role. You will own our customer database end to end: extracting and cleaning data from POS, segmenting our client base, designing clienteling playbooks, and — critically — driving data-capture discipline on the shop floor across all stores. You will be measured on capture rate, repeat purchase rate, and revenue from client outreach. This is not a strategy or vendor-management role. You will pull the data yourself, build the segments yourself, and train store teams in person. Responsibilities Audit, extract, and clean customer data from POS across all stores; build and maintain a single unified client database. Design and run RFM segmentation (VIP, repeat, lapsed, one-time tourist) and produce monthly insights for management, including top-client revenue concentration, reactivation opportunities, and brand cross-shopping. Build and run clienteling programs via Whats App Business and email, including post-purchase follow-up, new-arrival outreach, lapsed-client reactivation, and VIP event invitations. The role owns the operational schedule, aircraft utilisation and recovery planning, leads the day scheduling function, provides oversight of reportee execution, validates high-impact schedule actions and the Cargo Scheduling & Planning Manager where required, coordinating with Emirates Engineering, Flight Operations and other relevant stakeholders to support new route integration and optimise fleet deployment.</li><li>Establish and manage processes and procedures for the coordination and management of existing and new station operations across both wet-lease providers and Emirates-operated freighter aircraft, ensuring operations are optimised and unnecessary costs and service failures are avoided.</li><li>Establish aircraft tail numbers and registrations scheduled on various routes and identify where specific aircraft deployments could negatively impact cargo uplift or service delivery.</li><li>Recommend changes to wet-lease operators, Emirates Engineering, Planning and Flight Operations to redeploy aircraft where appropriate, maximise payload and revenue loads, and maintain consistent service standards.</li><li>Manage overall fleet utilisation to ensure leased aircraft meet contractual utilisation guarantees and avoid unnecessary costs, while maximising the utilisation and productivity of Emirates-owned freighter aircraft.</li><li>Analyse cargo flows through major hubs and outstations to identify opportunities to optimise network connectivity, aircraft routing, payload performance and cargo uplift.</li><li>Liaise with wet-lease operators, airport authorities, considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:</span></strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Have completed a Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics/Cargo, specifically within an air cargo or airline environment.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of airline scheduling experience, preferably with experience in airline About the Job Role Description A Cruise Operations Assistant supports the daily operational activities of cruise vessels and cruise-related services. Previous experience in cruise operations or passenger transportation is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Assist the cruise operations team with daily administrative and operational activities. Support the coordination of passenger embarkation and disembarkation procedures. Assist with preparing passenger lists, schedules, manifests, operational documents, and related records. Verify passenger information and ensure relevant documentation is organized accurately. Assist with coordinating boarding procedures and passenger flow. Provide professional assistance to passengers regarding schedules, facilities, activities, and operational information. Respond to passenger inquiries and direct complex matters to the appropriate department or supervisor. Assist with coordinating onboard activities, entertainment schedules, excursions, and passenger services. Support the preparation and distribution of daily schedules, notices, activity information, and passenger communications. Coordinate with onboard departments to ensure operational information is communicated accurately. Assist with shore excursion arrangements, transportation coordination, meeting points, and activity schedules. Communicate with tour operators, transportation providers, ports, vendors, and other external partners when required. Assist with monitoring excursion schedules and reporting delays or operational changes. Support the coordination of luggage handling and passenger transfer arrangements. Assist with organizing passenger arrival and departure logistics. Maintain accurate records of passenger requests, operational activities, incidents, and service information. Assist with preparing operational reports and daily activity summaries. Monitor scheduled activities and notify relevant teams of changes or delays. Assist with coordinating meeting rooms, event spaces, equipment, and supplies for onboard activities when required. Support conferences, private functions, group activities, entertainment programs, and special events onboard. Assist with inventory checks for operational supplies, passenger materials, uniforms, equipment, and other assigned items. Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning operational equipment to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with maintaining organized operational files and documentation. Support communication between hotel operations, guest services, entertainment, food and beverage, housekeeping, security, and other departments as required. Assist with handling passenger complaints and operational concerns professionally. Escalate safety, security, medical, or other urgent matters immediately to the appropriate qualified department. Follow established emergency, safety, security, and passenger-care procedures. Assist with maintaining high standards of passenger service and operational efficiency. Maintain confidentiality regarding passenger information, travel arrangements, operational schedules, and company information. Assist with preparing documentation for port calls and other operational activities when required. Monitor operational schedules and assist with ensuring activities are completed according to established timelines. Support inspections, audits, and operational reviews when required. Follow company procedures, maritime safety requirements, vessel policies, and applicable UAE regulations. Perform other cruise operations, passenger service, and administrative support duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience in cruise operations, hospitality, tourism, passenger services, travel, logistics, or event coordination is preferred. Basic understanding of passenger service and travel operations. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to communicate professionally with passengers, colleagues, vendors, and external partners. Strong attention to detail when handling passenger information, schedules, and operational documentation. Good time-management and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling delays, schedule changes, or passenger concerns. Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with reservation, passenger management, hospitality, or operational systems is an advantage. Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and international passengers. Professional appearance and customer-focused approach. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, evenings, nights, and extended hours when required. Ability to work onboard vessels, at ports, terminals, and other operational locations when required. Good physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. Knowledge of UAE cruise terminals, tourism services, and maritime operations is an advantage. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join a mission-critical Data Center Operations & Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical electrical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance of critical electrical systems. Monitor and maintain UPS systems, battery banks, generators, ATS/STS, switchgear, transformers, PDUs, RPPs, and LV power distribution systems. Conduct routine inspections, review alarms, and identify potential issues before failure. Support power switching operations, shutdown activities, commissioning works, and emergency power restoration. Troubleshoot electrical faults, power disturbances, and equipment failures. Follow MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, PTW, and LOTO procedures. Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, inspection records, and shift handover documentation. Requirements Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of Data Center Operations & Maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of critical power infrastructure and electrical testing activities. Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems. Preferred certifications: C-Net, Uptime Institute, EPI, or equivalent.
