<p>Our Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a number of well experienced QA QC Engineer to join their team in Dubai to work on high profile new high rise towers and new build villa masterplan projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Civil QA QC Engineer working on high profile projects in the UAE with prior experience in working for recognised Main Contracting Companies
This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Manage to lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
• Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
• Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Report to the Project Manager.
• Able to Supervise Site Projects and Give Report on Site Work and Progress.
• Able to manage and handle direct relationship with Consultants in relation to WIR and MIR</p><p>QA/QC Engineer Experience:
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related
• Candidates should have minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC Engineer, at least 2 with a main contracting company in the UAE.

• Experience of liaising with and closing out WIR and MIR reports with leading PMC or Consultancy companies

<li><span><span>Perform the Mechanical, electrical, Plumbing & LTE asset inspection, maintain inspection records and provide updates / reports to MEP Technical auditor.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Perform SLA - Contractor preventive and corrective maintenance performance checks and provide technical recommendation for asset and performance improvements.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Check the Contractor is following relevant procedures and work instructions and ensure compliance with the business requirements.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist the MEP Engineer and/or other technical support staff during safety incidents, P1/P2 faults and emergencies. Support and diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of equipment’s.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Assist other department within KM organization, RTA, retail or 3rd party as per business requirements.</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Reporting any safety occurrences or incidents to their supervisor or manager in a timely manner.</span></span></li>

Provide feedback for possible changes.</li><li>Prepare EEMC internal workscope that includes all the customer/airline requirements (including Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Aircraft Maintenance Programme tasks, etc) and translate the work to be performed on the engine from customer workscope to Job Instructions.</li><li>Prepare all the Task cards in EEMC ERP system (IFS solution) so Planning and the shop floor production can review and prepare the work. Assist the engineers on the Task cards customisation, as necessary.</li><li>Initiate and prioritize work scope and work-pack preparation as per the agreed production plan (print format or e-Task card)</li><li>Ensure work-packs are completed in accordance with work-scope requirements including accountabilities, signature, and completion dates. Ensure all discrepancies are addressed and cleared before the final release of the engines.</li><li>Provide continuous Technical Support to the shop floor for any enquiry related to the disassembly, inspection, repairs, tooling, capability, assembly, and testing of the engine.
