We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst – Quantity Surveying who will be responsible for providing commercial, cost management and quantity surveying support across fit-out and development projects for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.<br>This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 15 months and is renewable.<br>The role sits within the Cost Engineering function under Corporate Planning and reports directly to the Head – Cost Engineering.<br>We are looking for a passionate Senior Analyst – Quantity Surveying about cost planning, commercial management and delivering effective quantity surveying support throughout the project lifecycle. You should also have experience in post-contract quantity surveying, contractor claims and variations, contract administration, cost control, forecasting and commercial management within a UAE/Middle East construction environment. Experience within fit-out or consultancy/client-side environments would be highly advantageous.<br>Key responsibilities:Provide commercial and quantity surveying expertise to project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors and the wider supply chain.
