She is the first and last impression the guest will have of the outlet and because of that, are an integral part of guest satisfaction including;</p><br><br><br><p>1. Lead and train Hostesses to perform their tasks smoothly and properly.</p><br><br><p>2. Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preference.</p><br><br><p>3. Set up host/hostess stand, review guest reservation book, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing the maximum workload capacity of each server in order to meet Four Seasons Service standards.</p><br><br><p>4. Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards and take guest reservations or provide information regarding the restaurant or any other hotel service.</p><br><br><p>5. Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality, condition and appearance while developing a complete working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.</p><br><br><p>7. Responsibilities
• Development and Product Management: Full technical responsibility for the architecture, stability and continuous development of the Oson Neo fintech product. Interact with the Head of Product to synchronize the product roadmap and technical priorities.
• Building a team from scratch: Designing the target structure and processes of a new engineering team. Independent recruitment, adaptation, and development of technical specialists (starting with backend and integration engineers). Formation of a strong engineering culture (code review, CI/CD, quality standards).

Experience working with payment system architecture, integrations with traditional banks, IBAN providers, and BaaS platforms. • Regulated environment: Practical experience in designing and maintaining systems operating in highly regulated jurisdictions (DFSA, FCA, MAS or similar). Understanding data security standards and auditing.

<p>The Vice President, Climate Transition is a senior and highly influential role within the bank's Group ESG function, responsible for leading the strategic execution and integration of the bank's climate transition agenda across its global operations and business activities. This individual will play a critical role in translating the bank's overarching climate commitments into actionable strategies, robust methodologies, and impactful initiatives.
