<br> Job Purpose <br><p>Implement and execute ADNOC New Lifting standard HSE ST-019 in area of authority. Prepare, review, and<br>approve the lifting operation plans. Support in Lifting Equipment operations, maintenance, and inspections. The<br>requirements include the implementation, and execution of lifting equipment maintenance, lifting equipment<br>inspection, equipment replacement in addition to generating lifting plans for movement of loads in ADNOC<br>Drilling.</p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1) <br><p>• Implement ADNOC Lifting Standard in area of authority.<br>• Promote Staff Active Engagement in better integrity management practices across area for continuous<br>improvement.<br>• Assure the integrity of Lifting Equipment in area of authority.<br>• Provide technical input into the development of integrity performance standards, inspection and survey<br>strategies and programs including suitable acceptance criteria.<br>• Ensure the deployment of approved Third Party Inspector to site for the required lifting equipment<br>inspection, testing and certification well in advance to ensure all lifting equipment in area of authority<br>are having valid certificates.<br>• Ensure that the requirements of ADNOC permit to work (WMS) and job safety analysis are complied<br>with.<br>• Review and approve all types of Lifting Plans (Routine, Non-Routine-Simple, Non-Routine-Complicated<br>and Non-Routine-Complex); recommend a higher level of technical review to be undertaken including<br>the requirement to engage approved Third Party to review and verify the Lifting Plan whether the Lift is<br>being performed by ADNOC Group or Contractors.<br>• Refer to the lifting technical authority for a final decision prior to perform the lift if there is any deviation<br>in any type of the lifts categories of the Standard and/or applicable ADNOC HSE manual.<br>• Coordinate, control, and executing the lift.<br>• Select the suitable lifting appliance and lifting accessories for the specific task.<br>• Prepare the Lifting Plan and ensures that the required controls are in place.<br>• Ensure that the lifting equipment is maintained, inspected and appropriate for use.<br>• Ensure that load integrity and stability is satisfactory.<br>• Ensure that the Soil stability is satisfactory.</p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 2) <br><p>• Ensure that all necessary inspection/test certificates are available.<br>• Brief people involved in or affected by the lift.<br>• Ensure that the lift is carried out following the plan. <br> Job Purpose <br><p>Perform accounting duties related to ADNOC HQ fixed assets, including maintaining and reconciling fixed assets registers, preparing schedules and preparing relevant documentation and reports, in order to contribute to timely and accurate accounting of fixed assets. </p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities <br><p>• Contribute to the development and implement standardised guidelines, procedures and frameworks that drive uniform fixed asset accounting for ADNOC HQ.<br>• Maintain fixed assets registers relating to ADNOC HQ, as per ADNOC's policies and procedures, in order to administer additions, disposals and transfers of assets and to ensure that balance sheets are a true representation of facts.<br>• Document depreciations as per ADNOC’s policy on a monthly basis in order to initiate the execution of depreciation run and to effect transfer of depreciation to the General Ledger.<br>• Review system interface reports, to ensure data submitted by Group Companies is consistent and reasonable.<br>• Reconcile ADNOC HQ Fixed Asset registers with Group Company registers.<br>• Maintain detailed records of capital work in progress on a
