Seek technical and financial approval for disposal prior to handing over units for mutilation to the approved service provider. For all items disposed in line with an Service Bulletin disposition, review and attached relevant information from the Engineering Order prior to processing.</li><li>Initiate TDRS and Infospace cases for components with relevant Alerts applied. This includes Configuration updates required (Install / Remove) and other parts such as Deferred Repairs, Surplus, etc.</li><li>Ensure highest standards of housekeeping are maintained throughout the Repair Process locations in line with regulatory and health and safety standards. Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) to join a leading healthcare provider in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will specialize in the diagnosis and management of high-risk pregnancies, fetal medicine, prenatal diagnosis, and advanced obstetric care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best maternal and fetal outcomes.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Provide comprehensive care for women with high-risk pregnancies and complex maternal medical conditions. Perform advanced obstetric ultrasound examinations, including fetal anomaly scans, growth assessments, and Doppler studies. The Economist - Price Control is responsible for assisting the Section Head in developing and implementing a robust and modern price control for the energy sector, which includes electricity, water, recycled water, and wastewater.<br>In addition, the Economist - Price Control is responsible for assisting the Section Head in managing the development of an incentive framework for the distribution, transmission, and business of energy licenses, as well as a competitive regulatory framework for procurement and operations of energy generation.<br>Furthermore, The Economist - Price Control is in charge of managing the price control review process, the development of appropriate incentives, and the development of information requirements over time for any energy-related activities in the energy sector.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Assist the price control team and assisting in the development and implementation of a robust and modern price control model. Assist in the price control process, which includes reviewing operating expenses/estimated and actual capital expenditures and calculating the weighted average cost of capital; identifying and developing new incentives; and developing regulatory directives. Assist in managing the review of Price Control Returns (PCRs); issue RIGs / TA information guidance package and derogations; calculate and notify the annual bonus / penalty (Q factors) to the price-controlled companies. Provide support to the various analysis groups supporting the price control review including opex, capex, incentives, and financial modelling. Provide Assistance to senior staff of the Section in the review of sector companies’ financial performance over the years and against the price control targets. Support the process of the analysis of operating, capital, and financial costs to support the price control reviews. Update and support the development of professional databases, which include financial price and consumption models monitoring. Collaborate with the sector's head of price control and head of economic affairs to gain support for price control plans and their proposals in this regard. Manage the drafting of consultation papers and other documents so that the final products are clear, transparent, and accurate. Develop processes and checks on analysis to ensure that the calculations underlying price controls are robust and transparent. Undertake any other duties as required by the Senior Economist- Price Control or Price Control Section Head Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics or relevant discipline Master’s degree in economics is preferred Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
