<ul><li><p>Prepare detailed <strong>Electrical Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Builder's Work Drawings, and As-Built Drawings</strong> for luxury villa and high-end residential projects.</p></li><li><p>Develop electrical layouts including <strong>lighting, power, earthing, cable routing, single-line diagrams (SLD), and low-current system drawings</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Review <strong>IFC drawings, tender documents, project specifications, and consultant drawings</strong> before preparing shop drawings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with <strong>Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out</strong> teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated drawings.</p></li><li><p>Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site conditions, and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare coordinated MEP drawings and resolve drawing conflicts before construction.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all drawings comply with <strong>UAE authority regulations, DEWA requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors during project execution.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper drawing revisions, document control, and drawing registers.</p></li><li><p>Support the project team by providing timely drawing updates to meet construction schedules.</p></li><li><p>Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission of all engineering drawings.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Drafting, or a related engineering discipline.</p></li><li><p><strong>10–12 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the UAE (Mandatory).</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Mandatory experience in Luxury Villa projects.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in high-end residential buildings and premium villa developments.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in <strong>AutoCAD</strong> with the ability to prepare detailed electrical shop drawings.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of <strong>DEWA regulations, UAE electrical standards, and building construction practices</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience in MEP coordination, builder's work drawings, and as-built documentation.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.</p></li><li><p>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Immediate joiners are highly preferred.</strong></p></li></ul>
