Overview The Associate Creative Director (art) is involved in the development of creative concepts, working with all disciplines in the agency including copywriters and designers to build cohesive and effective campaigns. Their focus is on the visual design and art direction of advertising campaigns. They ensure the visual design aligns with the overall creative direction and strategy of the campaign, and that it effectively communicates the desired message to the target audience. As a close ally of the Creative Director, they are stepping into a managerial role to mentor team members, especially art directors and designers. Compétences en organisation, planification et coordination avec plusieurs interlocuteur·rices (équipes internes, prestataires, fournisseurs). Capacité à appliquer des procédures de sécurité, de conformité et de maintenance, avec une attention particulière aux normes en vigueur. Aptitudes relationnelles et sens du service, permettant de travailler efficacement avec des équipes artistiques, techniques et administratives. Rigueur, fiabilité, sens des responsabilités et capacité à documenter et reporter les informations de manière claire. Formation en gestion, administration, logistique ou domaine similaire souhaitée; une expérience dans le secteur culturel ou événementiel est un atout.
Job Purpose To own and drive the bank’s end‑to‑end Payments, Cards and Channels agenda for Corporate and SME clients, ensuring robust, scalable and innovative payment solutions that maximize transaction volumes and fee income growth while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards. The role holder will lead the design, implementation and continuous optimization of cash management, domestic and cross‑border payments, collections and cards propositions, leveraging modern rails, APIs and digital channels to deliver superior customer experience, operational efficiency and differentiated value.<br>Key Responsibilities Own and drive the Payments, Cards & Channels product strategy across Corporate and SME Banking. Lead product innovation, digital channel development, API-enabled solutions, and payment ecosystem partnerships. Grow transaction volumes, fee income, and profitability through differentiated payment and cash management solutions. Deliver exceptional client experiences through optimized onboarding, implementation, and service journeys. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance across payments and card products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Lead stakeholder engagement and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.<br>Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience Education & Certifications: Master’s or Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science). Professional certifications in payments, cash management, or cards (e.g., ACI, ACT, card schemes) are an advantage Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in transaction banking/payments/cards (with focus on Corporate/SME clients), including at least 4–5 years in a product management or leadership role Technical Skills & Competencies:Advanced expertise in payments and cash management products Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure and standards Experience in integration and system implementation Proficiency with APIs and developer portals In-depth understanding of corporate cards and scheme rules Skilled in solution positioning for corporate clients Ability to design and optimize end-to-end client journeys Expertise in data analytics and product performance management Robust risk, compliance, and regulatory knowledge (operational, AML/CFT, etc.)
