Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement inventory management strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, replenishment, and inventory optimization activities• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, inventory accuracy, and product availability across multiple locations• Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliation processes, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, logistics, production, finance, and sales teams to optimize inventory flow• Forecast inventory demand using historical data, sales trends, and business requirements to support effective planning• Manage inventory KPIs including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, carrying costs, shrinkage, and service levels• Identify excess, obsolete, slow-moving, or shortage inventory and implement corrective actions• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements• Utilize ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory management software to maintain accurate inventory records• Prepare inventory reports, performance analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership✅ Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent are advantageous• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or related roles• 2+ years of experience managing inventory teams, inventory control programs, or multi-site inventory operations preferred• Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment strategies, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes• Experience with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, and data analytics tools• Strong analytical, problem-solving, forecasting, and decision-making skills• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently in a remote environment????
