Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Female Consultant Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing both benign and malignant breast conditions, performing advanced breast surgical procedures, and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. The role involves close collaboration with radiologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign and malignant breast diseases. Conduct comprehensive breast assessments, including clinical examinations, imaging review, and interpretation of diagnostic investigations. Perform breast-conserving surgeries (lumpectomy), mastectomies, sentinel lymph node biopsies, axillary lymph node dissections, and other breast surgical procedures. Evaluate and manage patients with breast lumps, breast pain, nipple discharge, breast infections, and high-risk breast conditions. Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings to develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with radiologists in image-guided biopsies and localization procedures. Coordinate patient care with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, pathologists, and allied healthcare professionals. Provide pre-operative counseling, obtain informed consent, and manage post-operative follow-up and long-term surveillance.
