You will translate that insight into clear account strategies, program roadmaps and growth plans that increase engagement, strengthen client relationships and grow revenue for both the client and Loylogic.<br>Ultimately, you will be accountable for the retention, development and profitable growth of your client portfolio.<br>What you will do<br>Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts Take end-to-end strategic and commercial responsibility for a portfolio of key Loylogic clients. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across loyalty, marketing, digital, technology,procurement, finance and executive leadership. Develop robust annual and multi-year account plans covering client objectives, program strategy,technology roadmaps, revenue opportunities, delivery priorities and relationship development. Identify and convert opportunities to expand Loylogic’s role across consumer loyalty, employee motivation and channel performance. Lead renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the wider Commercial team. Protect existing revenue while developing a qualified and measurable growth pipeline across the portfolio.<br>Deliver measurable commercial growth Own revenue, margin, forecast and budget performance for the assigned client portfolio. Build robust commercial models and business cases for program enhancements, new capabilities, campaigns and market expansion. Understand the commercial mechanics of loyalty programs, including reward economics, cost per-point models, marketplace margins, member value and program ROI. Maintain accurate monthly forecasts and provide clear reporting on revenue performance, risks,opportunities and corrective actions. Ensure commercial agreements, change requests and program investments deliver sustainablevalue for both the client and Loylogic. Work closely with Finance, Sales and Commercial Operations to maintain accurate pipeline, revenue and account-performance reporting.<br>Shape program and engagement strategy Develop a deep understanding of each client’s program, member base, customer journeys,commercial priorities and competitive environment. Use program data and performance insight to identify opportunities to improve participation,engagement, redemption, retention and customer lifetime value. Create strategic program recommendations supported by clear evidence, commercial rationaleand measurable outcomes. Build annual engagement and campaign plans aligned with client marketing calendars, programobjectives and priority member segments. Advise clients on loyalty mechanics, reward propositions, gamification, personalisation, CRM journeysand marketplace optimisation. Help clients move from campaign-led activity towards connected, data-driven engagementstrategies.<br>Connect strategy with technology Develop a strong working understanding of Loylogic’s Global Rewards Marketplace, products,integrations and delivery models. Advise clients on the most appropriate route across Plug-and-Play, Enterprise and Headless APIdeployments. Translate client objectives and business requirements into clear solutions, program roadmaps and implementation priorities. Confidently participate in technical and solution-led discussions with client and internal technology teams. Work closely with Product, Solution Engineering, Technology and Delivery teams to assess feasibility, define requirements and shape effective solutions. Ensure technical recommendations remain grounded in client value, commercial viability andoperational scalability. Support the development and management of change requests, ensuring clarity of scope, ownership, investment and expected outcomes.<br>Lead programm, campaigns and delivery Provide senior oversight across programme management, CRM initiatives, campaigns, productenhancements and client projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are understood, prioritised and delivered. Establish clear governance, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and success measures formajor client initiatives. Identify delivery risks early and drive practical resolution across internal and client teams. Ensure campaigns and program enhancements move efficiently from strategy and business case through to execution and measurement. Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable while maintaining constructive, trustedrelationships.<br>Champion client insight internally Represent the client’s strategy, priorities and commercial potential across Loylogic. Provide the leadership team with a clear view of account health, revenue outlook, deliveryperformance, risks and growth opportunities. Share market intelligence and client insight to inform Loylogic’s product, AI, marketplace andcommercial roadmaps. Identify repeatable client needs that can be converted into scalable propositions across Loylogic’swider portfolio. Contribute to the continued development of Loylogic’s program consulting methodology,commercial standards and strategic account-management approach.<br>What success looks like Success in this role means:Strong retention and renewal performance across the assigned portfolio. Significant experience managing and growing complex strategic or enterprise client accounts. Deep knowledge of the loyalty industry is essential; experience within airline, travel, banking orfinancial-services loyalty would be particularly valuable. A proven record of retaining and expanding major client relationships while carrying direct revenue and budget accountability. Strong commercial acumen, including experience creating pricing models, forecasts, business cases and commercially sustainable client propositions. The ability to understand complex technology platforms, integration models and data flows andcommunicate them confidently to both commercial and technical stakeholders. Experience working with Saa S platforms, APIs, CRM technology, marketplaces or enterprisetechnology solutions. Strong program and project-management capability, with experience coordinating multipleinitiatives across diverse teams and markets. Experience developing CRM strategies, member-engagement plans, campaigns and loyaltypropositions. A data-led approach, with the ability to convert program and commercial performance into clear insights and actions. Excellent stakeholder-management, negotiation and executive-presentation skills. The confidence to challenge constructively, influence senior decision-makers and bring clarity tocomplex situations. Strong financial modelling, analytical and Excel capabilities. The ability to manage multiple clients, projects and commercial priorities without losing attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages would be advantageous.
