<p>Our client is a highly respected and established organisation in Dubai, seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Finance function in this critical senior-level appointment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role has broad responsibility across financial accounting, budgeting and planning, treasury, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, audit, payroll and finance systems. You will oversee the integrity of the organisation’s financial records and reporting, provide meaningful financial insight to senior management, and ensure strong financial controls and governance are maintained.
The position will lead the annual budgeting process, monthly cash flow forecasting and treasury activities, including the effective management of surplus funds. You will oversee month-end and year-end accounts, reconciliations, fixed assets, management reporting and financial statements, while acting as a key liaison with internal and external auditors.
You will also oversee monthly payroll, support finance-related systems and ERP enhancements, and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency. Leading and developing a small Finance team is an important part of the role, with the successful candidate expected to provide strong direction and continuity across the function.</p><p>We are looking for a professionally qualified finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and 10+ years’ substantial finance experience, including significant post-qualification experience.
