Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites,22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.<br><br><strong>About The Position<br><br></strong>Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Houseperson to join our Housekeeping team.<br><br><strong>The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are<br><br></strong><ul><li> Execute assigned floors and service areas according to daily briefings </li><li> Support departmental service standards and operational requirements </li><li> Use FCS1 to review, update, and manage work assignments </li><li> Handle chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment in line with procedures </li><li> Manage section keys, assignments, and shift-related items as per protocol </li><li> Remove and dispose of garbage, recycling, linen, and glassware following procedures </li><li> Stock floor pantries, linen rooms, and utility areas with required supplies </li><li> Clean guest corridors, public areas, Heart of House, storage areas, and fire exits to required standards </li><li> Support heavy-duty tasks including furniture movement, deep cleaning, carpet care, and room preparation </li><li> Deliver guest request items and operational supplies </li><li> Operate, clean, and maintain housekeeping equipment </li><li> Report lost &amp; found items, maintenance defects, safety hazards, and unusual conditions </li><li> Handle and report damaged or contaminated linen as per procedure </li><li> Support Guest Room Valets with required supplies </li><li> Assist with linen and supply inventory </li><li> Follow security procedures related to keys and controlled areas </li><li> Participate in training and support operational changes </li><li> Perform additional duties as assigned <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:<br><br><ul><li> Previous Hotel experience as Guest Room Attendant would be advantageous </li><li> Communication – Fluent in English – Verbal, written and reading </li><li> High School diploma, vocational training and/or 1-year work experience </li><li> Knowledge of FTG standards is preferred </li><li> Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting </li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment </li><li> Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays <br><br></li></ul><strong>About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits<br><br></strong>We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams （AED）, the local currency of the UAE.
