Department: Projects – Mechanical (MEP)<br>About the Role<br>The Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing all mechanical works on construction projects. The role ensures that HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, LPG, and associated MEP systems are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.<br>Responsibilities<br>Plan, supervise, and coordinate all mechanical works at project sites. Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents before execution. Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress to meet contractual milestones. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Manage site engineers, foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution. As part of an aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking to hire an ambitious, passionate, and results‑driven Senior Business Development Manager.<br>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out projects to join our UAE-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete MEP scope from design review and coordination to site execution and final handover ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within high-end interior spaces.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Design, review, and implement Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems as per project requirements.
